FAQ - What you need to know when you book a LRS Formula driving package

When will I receive my invitation?

Your letter of invitaion and schedule will be sent to you by email approximately ten days before your day of arrival.
All our programs are dispensed by professional instructors and drivers.
All our vehicles are insured for race track driving activities for our customers.

Is there drinks/snacks available?

For the entire duration of your program, you shall have access to our catering and hospitality space:

  • warm and cold non-alcoholic beverages,
  • snacks and pastries.

What is the minimum attendance time?

From 2 hours to 1 whole day depending on the number of allocated laps.

How is the GT program?

Our GT programs runs from 2 hours to half a day depending on your package:

  • Meeting at the track.
  • Mandatory technical and safety briefing about driving a race car.
  • Car and instructor track learning.
  • First series of laps with your GT car and accompanied by an instructor, Your program will unfold over one or several series of laps depending on the chosen package and car.
  • Award of a driving certificate at the end of the program.

How is the Formula Renault program?

Our Formula Renault programs runs from half a day to a full day depending on your package:

  • Meeting at the track.
  • Mandatory technical and safety briefing about driving a race car.
  • Car and instructor track learning.
  • Series of laps depending on your chosen program:
  • 1st lapping session driving a Formula Renault 2.0
  • 2nd lapping session driving a Formula Renault 2.0
  • 3rd lapping session driving a Formula Renault 2.0, followed by 4th and 5th session
  • Instructor debrief between each session, this approach will enable you to gradually improve your skills and better understand the handling of your car.
  • Award of a driving certificate at the end of the program.

How is the Formula 1 program?

Our Formula 1 programs runs on a full day:

Arrival of drivers at 7h45.

Meeting at the track.

Morning schedule:

  • Mandatory technical and safety briefing about driving a race car.
  • Car and instructor track learning.
  • 1st lapping session driving a Formula Renault 2.0
  • Individual debrief
  • 2nd lapping session driving a Formula Renault 2.0
  • Individual debrief

Lunch

Afternoon schedule:

  • Formula 1 technical briefing
  • Start of  Formula 1 driving sessions
  • Award of a driving certificate at the end of the program
  • Champagne cocktail

How is the passenger discovery program (Formula 1 and GT)?

The Passenger discovery programs runs in 2 hours:

  • Handing out of all the necessary F1 equipment: driver's suit, helmet, gloves, boots.
  • Supply of a GT helmet for the GT.
  • Two full laps in our Formula 1 3-seater.
  • Award of a driving certificate at the end of the program.

Are there any special conditions?

The individual taking part in the driving program certifies to be healthy and not under the influence of any medical treatment contradictory to the practice of motor sport.
A legal discharge of responsibility as well as Code of Conduct must be duly completed and signed by each program participant, including passenger participants, upon signing up at the circuit.
Minimum age: 18 years-old for GT and Formula Renault programs, 25 years-old for the Formula 1 Programs.
Every individual must be in possession of a valid 'B' driver licence. Its submission shall be demanded upon your sign-up.
Maximum height: 1.91m
Minimul height: 1.50m
Maximum weight: 104 kg
No guarantee deposit is required.

What is the video option?

Choosing the video option will insure your thrilling driving experience is captured on camera for you and your friends to share back home. Driving a GT, Formula Renault or Formula 1 car, or just as a passenger, our on-board cameras will record all the amazing footage, from start to finish, of your exciting high-performance driving experience with LRS Formula.

If you offer a driving or passenger package to a friend or family member but are unsure they'll be interested in the video option you can always choose it on site, the day of their arrival.

What is the accompanying pass?

For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are not allowed on the track premises, even accompanied by a parent.
Every person accompanying an individual must have a special guest pass which may be requested when signing-up for a program on our website. Entry will be refused to any person not in possession of the proper credentials.

The guest pass allows access to the track and the hospitality space.

What includes our programs?

  • Liability insurance cover
  • No gurantee deposit is required

Is there an insurance?

It is possible for you to ensure the franchise accident.

In Formula 1, this insurance costs 190 € and reduces the franchise to 1 000 €.
In Renault Formula, this insurance costs 100 € and reduces the franchise to 500 €.
In GT, this insurance costs 50 € and reduces the franchise to 0 €.
